Kicking trolls during Champ select
Dear Riot,
Perhaps you could implement a vote to redo champ select when a player is obviously tolling during champ select. i don't know give it some thought.

And what about people abusing that because someone wants to play off meta? Off meta isn't guaranteed to be a troll.
I don't know. Do some search on the numerous times this suggestion has been posted and commented.
It's called "team builder".
It's long gone because the trolls couldn't get into a game lol.
There is also a difference between trolling and joking. I am a sup main and always like to say that im playing gangplank and then I say, ARRR You ready to get supported? About 1 out of every 10 games someone dodges immediately, and many times its not even the ADC lol. But I never actually play Gangplank sup, or even gangplank at all for that matter. Sometimes people are just too easily upset lol.
