More interactive and balanced banning system

I think Riot should make the ban system to where you are allowed to actually give your side of the story and explain why your game went the way it did instead of just permanently banning you. I'm not a saint or anything and yeah I have raged allot and said things i don't mean to in chat in the heat of the moment, but just having a system where people can report you and give a case as to why u should be banned in the report is not fair. I think the person being reported should be able to defend their account from being banned. it is way to easy to abuse the current report system.

If something happens that isn't a report category, submit a support ticket and Riot will investigate.

That would make sense in the American judicial system, however Rito runs their own judicial system much like a communist dictatorship. They simply decide your fate without the need, or want, to hear you defend yourself.

But seriously, the whole problem with the current system is that it only bans/punishes based off of verbal altercations. They cant see the guy on your team following you (the jungler) around and stealing all your camp, spamming emotes to you all game, etc. Clearly he didn't say anything to you that would warrant punishment, and his stat line reads 1/3/1 with decent CS (since he stole all your jg cs) so you can't report him for intentional feeding, but you also can't say anything to him because you will get in trouble.

God forbid you (as a human being) react to a situation. The whole system is broken.

It doesn't matter at all what someone else is doing to you. If they are breaking the rules, then you report them and they get the recompense. If you respond by breaking the rules as well, then you are no better then they are
