I was permanently banned for being a toxic player in chat. I don't deny that I was but I'd like to make it up some how. I never got any previous warnings for my toxicity in game and I feel like the instant perma ban was unwarranted because of the fact that my flame was almost always going to friends of mine. I was just wondering if there is any possible way for me to make up my toxic behavior.

Short answer: Not unless it was riots misstake. You said it yourself, you were toxic. So in your case there is no way.
I am one of Reaxecis close friends and I play with him a lot, he's really never toxic at all. Usually it's the teammates who flame him first but he doesn't deserve a permanent ban, maybe a shorter ban but not a permanent one or some warnings about the toxicity so he knows not to do it again. This should be a wake up call to him not be toxic anymore.
