Players using abilities to get others killed.

I just got through with a 45 minute ordeal with 2 players that were trolling pretty heavily by using their abilities to troll . one was playing as Anivia and the other was playing as Taliyah. One would constantly follow me around trying to erect walls to pin me in to get me killed while complaining about me feeding ,while the other would play, Anvia also would cast walls on me whenever I tried to port back. as you can imagine this was a very harsh game to deal with but at least one of them made racial troll remarks as well so I know they will be known for being trolls .

If you run into either of these two in Twisted Treeline be on your gaurd and don't fall for their verbal goading. .

Please make it so actions by other players cannot damage/harm other champs through their trolling, like on my summoner profile I can click an option that disallows interactions by other players, like running through their walls or in the case of Tahm not being picked up .

Players are abusing this option and this isn't the first time I have dealt with players doing this and if you are dealing with two people who are working together this creates quite a problem.

Any other thoughts by anyone on how to deal with this problem?

that would be broken as all hell in terms of balance.

The first thing to say is that you can report them at the end of the game. I'm sure you already know this and that's really all you need to do so I'm not sure why you're asking the question. It is probably helpful to specify in the comments section what they are doing.

Second I want to recommend you change your objective for that specific game. It becomes a game where instead of trying to win the game, you have your fun trying to outplay them. If they are trying to make you angry, the worst thing you can do is to get angry at them. Then they have won.

"If every day you press a button to start your computer and your computer starts, you will keep pressing the button. If, however, you discover that pressing the button doesn't work anymore, you'll probably try to press it a few times, but eventually you'll feel stupid for doing something that doesn't get you the results you want and you will stop." The same is true with people trying to press 'your buttons'.
