Will I get banned just for joking that I'll int?

So I went into a ranked game and was going to go Irelia, teammate banned my champ despite me already hovering over it. I said if you ban my champ I will int, said this so he wouldn't ban it and he did anyways and just said ''ok do it '', then i proceeded to ban his champ (what comes around comes around). I went into the game against darius and Sion so naturally I was going to lose lane, got first blood on darius but later died 3 times to him while I was pushing top. I got us tower, participated in team fights and tried my best but he was still going on about how I was inting when he died just as much times as I did. The player wasn't being the most respectful either and was toxic towards me the whole entire game. This is what he said after the game was over. Kept threatening me to report me for saying that I was going to int during champion selection and that I'll get permabanned.
