Possible Solutions for Bannable Offenses

On the topic of harassment and vulgar language, you are aware that there are many games that auto-censor words correct? I understand Riot games may not have the budget to implement two lines of code to blacklist keywords in chat, as that breaks the bank for many MMO games. A possible solution instead of assuming that all online players are going to "lie down" and just take the terrible situations imposed by having to deal with terrible teammates, bad matchups, and pizza faced kids and not retaliate in any form. Perhaps you were as yet unaware that many players abuse to smart ping function to harass players instead of the chat, but that goes unnoticed by your algorithms.

On another account that I ended up selling after the first two week ban, I asked for a permanent chat restriction, which is also within your power to grant, but you refused. So instead of helping players or doing something that many other companies do, you choose to rely on them to get it done. You will ultimately be disappointed when those expectations are never realised.

I will not be making another account, as I have been actively playing Final Fantasy XIV. I hope that someday you make more than $12.00 an hour working for Riot. Or at least you end up with a company that's worth a shit.
