Self-Mute Button

Can you guys just develop a self mute button? When I am playing with chimpanzees it is inevitable that I have rage games. I would have turned off my chat 4 years ago if there was an option, I minimized my chat size and am an avid user of /mute all, yet that still doesn't mute me.

How difficult would it be to make a checkmark in the out of game client to mute in-game chat?

I know I'm toxic, I know I don't like or respect my teammates and I don't expect them to play logically. When I am not enjoying my game because of poor teammates I am going to get angry.

A self mute button expects you to never, ever, ever to have something worthwhile to say in game. Your Jungler asks if the enemy ult is up and you're unable to respond.

Self control is a better answer overall.

You're just gonna AFK or Intentionally feed as a 2nd resort.

I just drag the chat box offscreen.

Press Enter and then click the blue bar at the top of the chat and drag it to the very bottom of the screen. Voila!

If I need to say something that badly, like "We should all be buying armor" I don't need to see myself type it. And I won't care what their replies are in that case.
