Spend money on riot games just to get banned for being toxic

Everyone gets toxic in a while especially when theres a troll or someone who is a dick that doesnt take criticism. i mean nobody is perfect and especially in the lol community. but to spend 100s of dollars on a game u enjoy playing but just get permanently banned for trash talking is a joke. its a chat if the other person doesnt wanna speak to u then just mute them. ( that is a very effective way to make the other person stfu) never seeing what they say any longer. the fact that riot would permanently ban my account is unjust because ive seen people way worst with racism included comments still playing the game just fine. i get angry a lot and im not the best player, not even a good player probably, but there are some people that come into ranked games and u just wanna win but they stress you out and dont continue to improve nor even try and even the best of people will get frustrated. 1 comment is always taken the wrong way and it escalates quickly. if the riot games team reads this post i hope u take the consideration of unbanning my account, if not return my money and delete my account because i will not support a game that wont support me.

more like "spent money on a game only to throw it away cos I was toxic"

In fact, you should just leave. That's what Riot wants.

No, not everyone gets toxic. Surprisingly, most people don't. You signed an agreement not to be a knobhead when you created your account. If you break that agreement, you get banned. What's so hard to comprehend there?

To be banned for toxicity it needs to be severe or consistent. Sorry pal, being toxic won't fly here. What I suggest is use this as a message to tell you to be more cheery. Start a new account and be a better person.

Did you not take the hint after your 14 day ban?

Lets go over the cliche of people complaining about being permabanned checklist shall we?

1.Underplaying their own toxicity? Check

2.Acting like because they payed money they deserve special treatment? Check

3.Complaining about how Riot shouldn't permaban them for telling others to go kill themselves, and calling them retards? Check

4.Asking for a refund? Check

5.Remaining willfully ignorant that they checked off the magic box that says they agree to follow the rules or Riot has the right to terminate their account? Check

Just because you pay doesn't mean you get a little sheild from being banned, you broke the rules, here is your punishment. What you should have done is just swore behind your screen and not type toxic in chat, you can't be banned for what doesn't get in game

Zzzz...

You know that screen with text that comes up every patch that you click "I agree" and don't read? It's a waiver of all your rights for everything you purchase if Riot bans your account for any reason Virtually a:

You're right, nobody is perfect, which is why you aren't given a permanent ban right away if you mess up. Under normal circumstances you have to go through a 10-game and a 25-game chat restriction as well as a 2-week ban to boot to even get close to a permanent ban. Those are meant to be warnings to try to get you to reform before it was too late. You ignored them and got a permaban because of your behavior alone. As for your excuses, from Understanding the Tribunal:

1) What's the point of having a language filter if I can get banned for 'adult' language? a) We aren't out to punish players who use adult language; in fact, very few players are ever banned for saying stuff like "f***, I missed that skill shot" or "damn, fing close game!" However, the language filter is not an excuse to verbally abuse someone in the game. When you verbally abuse or harass someone by calling them "fing *****" or "ngger noob", that's when you've crossed the line and will be punished by the Tribunal. I've said this before and I'll say it again, we aren't trying to clean online games of adult language; we're trying to reform or get rid of jerks who like to verbally abuse and harass other players.

4) That player in my game was far worse than me. Why am I banned??? a) I'll keep this one simple: retaliation isn't OK. Reacting to a toxic player by being toxic just incites that player to be even worse--it also ruins the game for up to 8 other players. It is far, far worse to watch two people yelling at each other all game than it is to watch 1 player ranting into blank space. Almost everyone in the game can find someone out there that behaves worse than they do--but so what? Finding someone worse doesn't justify your behavior or justify retaliation. We expect more out of our players. What players often don't realize is... those other players in your game that you thought were worse? Nearly 100% of the time, those players were banned even before you were. If someone is being toxic, just report them and move on. If you retaliate, both of you will be banned. It's really that simple.

From the Tribunal FAQ:

Do paying players get leniency? Paying customers are treated exactly the same as non-paying customers by the Tribunal.

Why is verbal abuse punishable if there is a mute button/language filter? Players shouldn’t need to rely on features like the mute button or language filter to engage with other players in positive ways. When a player verbally abuses another player and forces him to use the mute button, they have already created a negative experience for that player.

I have been playing since the singed champion spotlight was released on riot games(end season 1 begin season 2). I have been toxic, I have been raging, I think anyone that has an account for so long had some rage periods. In games I am a raging person, I get angry fast and like to beat the shit out of other players sometimes.

Yet I am not banned. I learned to disable my ability to chat and learned to stop raging, I learned to stop giving a shit what that guy in my team is saying or doing. I can realize that acting out in rage is not appreciated and stop doing it. I read the rules and know that toxic behaviour results in a ban. I have had some angry conversations in game, but I always keep from cursing and accusing.

Many other people are like me, we get mad and we want to say bannable shit. Yet we don't, for we abide by the rules that everybody knows. Some people on the boards might disagree with me here, but I consider the league of legends rules more then fair and consider the summoner code (http://gameinfo.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/game-info/get-started/summoners-code/) readable.

You however break the rules and expect special treatment. You say people should mute you while it's easier to not talk shit. You ruin other people's days yet get mad when riot ruins yours. You don't feel that rules count for you. You feel like spending money is a way of getting around the rules. You deserve the ban.

I suggest you read this section of the TOS that you agreed to.

2. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.) If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created (also without any refunds or liability to you). You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately.
