First time for everything, even with this toxic community

I've experienced a lot of trolls and sociopaths in this game. they make up about 104% of the player base, especially in Bronze but today, in game 5 of my playoffs I have seen this community hit a new low.

at 25 minutes my team has the enemies 2nd inhibitor turret to 25% health and we pull back. Suddenly my Fed Gnar starts flaming my Fed Vayne that he is carrying hard and she is just looking good due to KSing everyone. Vayne fires back and a flame war begins between the two fed carries on my team. From that point on both of them intentionally throw, going afk on pad or hiding in a side lane.

I lost my promo game 5 because two fed people were so made about each other claiming be the one carrying that they both intentionally threw a game to prove a point...

Nothing Riot has ever said, done or failed to do has ever made me want to quit this game as much as these two..

Please Riot set a higher bar for player behavior. Start banning people from Ranked for a much broader range of behavior. These two shouldn't be allowed to queue a game of LOL ever again, IMO, but at least they should lose the ability to play ranked.
