Addressed to the Pathetic Support of League of Legends....

A 14 Day Ban for talking shit because I got invaded and killed so I actually started playing the game and they lost. I literally was putting lyrics in the Chat and you Banned Me. What the fuck is wrong with you guys. You guys can mute me. But a 14 day ban is literally and I mean literally fucking stupid because I was still playing the game. If I was leaving the game or AFKing I'd understand but honestly you guys can go fuck yourself. Thats why everyone I know quits league because you guys literally ban people for the dumbest shit and not even review the game data. You guys just throw bans out like candy and don't actually REVIEW THE DATA!

This is just complete bullshit honestly you're support team is pathetic. Just because I'm smurfing on a wukong doesn't mean you can just 14 day ban me FOR LITERALLY telling them "Go fuck yourself." They shouldn't have invaded me if they didn't want to get destroyed so bad... They started it I just played the game better and WON. I LITERALLY PLAY for my team mates and don't throw games and you guys ban me for that. This is definitely the most dumbest fucking ban ever and really reflects on how your support team handles situations.

And this isn't the first time this has happened. My friend got a lifetime ban for harassment instead of just muting his account. All of his money he spent on the game was gone and won't support RIOT Games or League of Legends anymore and he's spent hundreds...

Literally this has happened multiple times in the past and you guys just throw it around and wonder why everyone goes and just plays DOTA 2... because they actually don't give you a 14 day ban for talking shit. They just mute your account... The tournaments in DOTA 2 pay more than League anyways and still is the #1 game over League. The way League handles their problems in the game play content and player support is how Microsoft handles their problems. [removed by moderation] Call Microsoft support and see how hard it is to find a US call center...

Like honestly I don't want to spend anymore money on this game because I fear its not heading in the right direction. This has been occurring more and more and really does need to be reviewed someone who can actually do something about it. I mean common a 14 day BAN for literally telling the other team to go fuck themselves. Literally put on a chat filter function inside the game play chat or they can mute me. Yal are literally pathetic as fuck. I mean seriously banning someone for harassment is fucking stupid as shit and everyone could agree for that. Mute the fucking account or add a function in there THATS ALREADY IN THE GAME to disable CHAT if you have a problem...

No support service is going to look at your logs and overturn this suspension.

Honestly more people talk shit on league than they do AFK or intentional feed. I was being a good sport actually and they took it as harassment. Well its harassment to invade my jungle if they wanna consider this to me harassment considering its all game data anyways... Any data In game should be weighed in the game and not outside of the game. They need to review the game before they just "ban" someone. Its total bullshit.

Moderator or not. Its complete and total bullshit, at least I didn't rage out on my team, intentionally feed, and not get ban like all the other players on league because league doesn't review game data before assessing a ban. Chat in game is still game data and needs to be reviewed the correct way and not some "auto ban" bullshit!

Emphasis mine. Take your pick, the OP certainly was threatening, harassing, and defamatory in those logs.

Yes. Which means that if Riot says it is harassment, threatening, or defamatory, it is for the purposes of League.

Thus, OP violated the rules.

It doesn't say "only if you agree with Riot's discretion/decision".

It means that rules are extremely broad and vague, leaving you open to be banned for absolutely anything. Which is not exactly how rules work.

How so? Being nonspecific does not mean it is not explicit. The rule is extremely clear. If Riot deems your behavior to be inappropriate, you are in violation.

You disagreeing with the broadness of the rule does not change the fact that it is the rule, and is off topic for this thread.

And rule states that they can deem absolutely anything to be violation. Even your silence. There is no way to not violate this rule. Telling someone that he violated this particular rule is a pretty ridiculous thing to do.

Spending money on the game HAS always been my choice and if this is how theyre going to handle the situation I'm not going to spend money. And when they do it to someone else, they might not spend money. They've probably lost 3-5% of their funds over wrongful bans...

They immediately ban players 2 weeks when they use hate speech. This isn’t new. Players overwhelmingly don’t want that in their games.

Nah they're just fucking dumb dude. First of all i literally didnt even get 5 minutes into another game so I'm sure they didn't review the game data in that amount of time. They literally read the comments, posted a quick ban, "HEY MY PROBLEMS GO AWAY, I DID MY JOB BOSS!" They should really review the game data before they go throwing bans around like candy! That's how League of Legends handles their problems... They probably outsource it anyways to like the Philippians or India because they want to be cheap and handle their problems like how AT&T handles their problems or Comcast. They handle their problems like your cell phone company or the cable company... Which is literally pathetic as fuck.

My punishment instantly went to a two week suspension. They need to start reviewing the game play Data before they just hand out bans like candy. Without reviewing the Data it doesn't give us a fair chance towards if its a legitimate ban. They just read what the chat says without reviewing the game play data. That's fucking stupid. If I was intentionally feeding yeah ban me but for talking shit? That's fucking dumb.

There was enough confusion with the full censor on CR logs that they revealed the R so we can identify it.

I take it you are new to the forums. Clicking the reply button at the bottom of my response will allow you to respond to me and notify me that you did so.

The IFS can review the game data for a verbal case fairly quickly. Do note that it only reviews what you said. Because thatbis what is deemed to matter.

Instant Feedback System. A machine learning algortihm they designed with information taken from Tribunal. Submitting a ticket is the only sure fire way to reach customer support. Which they would be unlikely to reverse a zero tolerance punishment since it was a bait or mistype.

I sent in a ticket finally and hopefully they resolve the issue, if not I'm just uninstall and move on to better games. Quit spending my money on games that can't fix their own problems. I mean we do pay money for champs and spend money on the game. We contribute and shouldn't be treated so poorly.

Oh please let the resolution be one in which a player who clearly doesn’t understand the rules is no longer forced to play League. You aren’t being treated poorly, you are treating others poorly and seem to think being able to kill champions excuses your behavior. Please go play DoTA2.
