That is not the chat you were banned for. You were given 3 games of chat history in your in-game reform card. You were not banned for one game either. If you'd like to have a conversation about the ban, you should include all 3 games of chat that were provided to you.

Also, your 3 other punishments received in the last month were taken into account for escalation purposes.

Lyte left to pursue new challenges. With that being said, the system works as it's intended to and punishments that were applied are justified (and won't be reversed).

I know, I've seen a lot of comments on the forums and on Reddit of people thinking they'll get unbanned because Lyte left, just wanted a reference that no, they aren't getting unbanned.

You're looking at the email. You need to login to view the in-client reform card. If you still can't find the other 2 games, you can contact Player Support and they can provide them.

A lot of people give us horrific chat logs, and then they're not the only ones they should have and yet hey pretend they don't have any others. You mean that the rest is actually worse? Why would so many of them try and go for "I only had these"? Isn't it reasonable to think that there are actually times where the in-client and mail chat logs don't match? And some are missing? I even saw screenshots of the in-client popup being straight out empty of logs. Was it a photo edit?

We are limited in the number of lines of text we can send in an email, so we only send one game. This can create some confusion, so we are going to stop sending chat logs in email all together. That will create more consistency, and players will always be looking at the more verbose information.

While I can understand this decision, I still question it though nonetheless. Recently we've been seeing posts from punished players who say that they've just simply uninstalled LoL whenever they're asked for their chat logs. Having even one set of chat logs be sent from email means that they don't have an excuse to not post their chat logs here for review. Are there any possible plans to deal with situations like those?

Alright. When you say "in the email" do you mean the page that can be shared or text content in the mail itself? Because the non-editable page is of great help on these boards.

The client reform card should instead be sent to forum inbox, and the email should include a link directly to it. This both serves the intended purpose to inform of a ban, while also directing them to the FULL reform card so they have a better idea of their violations.

When I received my punishment, I never received a reform card. I definitely deserved a punishment (though I'd argue mine was quite heavy handed, considering I haven't even received any warning or anything prior). After emailing into support, they were able to inform me of the game logs, but I assume the bug he's talking about is that many of us just never get them in an email, in the client or otherwise. I've heard of a lot of people just getting a standard disable without any details until they email into support.

Reform cards only apply to the instant feedback system right now. Punishments by other sources would occur as you describe.

Blizzard won't put up with your nonsense any more than Riot will, so I'd highly suggest fixing your own problems before you go blaming anyone else.

"Boosting" is against TOS only if someone logs your account. RIOT stated many times that being carried by 4 better friends in dynamic queue isnt against rules.
