Low Priority Queue Appeal

Hello, I am currently going through my second low priority queue experience. I don't feel like going through it again. I have an unstable internet connection that I can't fix. Sometimes I can play for hours without it crashing, then other times it'll crash repeatedly. I wish to appeal, does anyone know who I can contact for this?

There's not much an appeal will do. Unstable internet is your problem to fix, because nine other players are having their time wasted any time you disconnect. You are expected to have a stable connection to play League, and you'll keep getting leaverbusters if you don't.

If you notice it repeatedly crashing, stop repeatedly playing games.
