Unfair Termination (Somewhat innocent)

Disclaimer: I'm not saying I'm innocent. I'm saying I shouldn't be banned for mourning the loss of my father and freaking out on a player that egged me on and degraded my father. Username is [Removed cause I was told it was a no-no.] if you want to talk to him about it, though I'm sure he's gonna twist it to benefit him.

So, recently, I've been banned for being toxic. What was the reason for the permanent ban? I was told my father died, and went AFK for 2 minutes. What did I come back to? My mundo jungle flaming me for being afk and telling me I was a troll and inting. Normally, when you recieve news of your father dying, you're upset and can't deal with it. In this case, I released some of my pent up emotions and flamed this mundo back. I know, I'm not supposed to do that and I am supposed to mute him. I would normally, but obviously I wasn't in the right mind of having just been told my father died. I originally planned to AFK after that since I wouldn't be able to deal with it, but that Mundo just got to me. I'd just like my account back despite being toxic. This ban opened my eyes and so this is where I am now gonna mute my teammates and enemies the moment I get in game. Since I got banned for a mundo that started it and egged me on, even saying I was lying about my father dying, Rito, if you read this, contact me please. I'd love to have this matter settled. Or at least, have the hundreds of dollars I spent in this game back. I know, I'm sure in the ToS or their policy, it says that they can't give it back because blahblah.
