its like going to jail over something small like jay walking serving your time and on top of having a permanant record now you have to wear an ankle monitor for the rest of your life to make sure you never jay walk again.

RedTao1 votesNever. To my knowledge there has never been anyone who's been successfully declared reformed. If there are, I've never heard of it. The fact that you cant even get a progress report as far as where you are at being considered reformed because Riot doesn't want to show you makes it doubtful they have a reformation process to begin with.

You'll be able to earn loot when you've reformed. It's unknown how long it'll take. It can you days or months depending on your behavior. However, a Rioter has stated that they're working on a way for players who need to reform to know what they need to do to reform.
So yes, you CAN reform it'll just take time and that time is unknown as it depends on your actions.
