Short term ban instead of leaver buster garbage.

I have just been nailed with leaver buster for the third time for the game crashing, the first time, as in the first 5 minute que was mostly my fault and occured a long time ago, the 2nd time, my game had started crashing after a patch and again had happened quite a while ago, and as of now I am sitting in a 20 minute que just to even QUE for a game. I am looking at almost 2 hours of waiting to just play games to remove this garbage, and I am not even at fault, the whole no tolerance policy when the game crashes constantly after an update is utter GARBAGE on the customer service end of Riot, so I propose this, instead of this crap, allow me to takea 2 hour ban instead, and let that scale up? This will never go away until I play these 5 and I'm a rather casual player at the moment so this is literally a debilitating hamstring on my ability to play this game, I barely have time for a match from time to time and I actually enjoy playing this game so I'm feeling rather cheated. This needs to change.
