Banned for 14 days for going 4/22/10?

Yeah... No. You're in silver and if this was a "bad game" it's one in which you played so poorly and did so many things different from your normal games that you were obviously intentionally feeding. Keep in mind it's public info that you were intentionally doing something extremely stupid that results in 3 deaths in the first 3 minutes, as well as not getting any CS until 6 minutes and not getting more than 5 until over 20 minutes into the game.

So, Hecarim support, with teleport and predator? No support item (which means no vision)? Rushing zz'rot portal, for some reason?

I can't be sure of your intent, but based on your bizarre choices and unbelievably bad KDA, I suspect you were trolling on some level. Perhaps you weren't literally running it down mid, but this certainly looks like you had zero intention to win the game. I mean, if your honest intent was to try to make Hecarim work as a support, you could have at least taken Coin or Relic Shield.

well, 4/22/10 never seen anything like that in my games. so no wonder it registered as inting

I don't think this was just a "bad game". The game in question shows a clear deviation from your normal play pattern; around three times your average deaths, getting the role of support and then clearly trolling the team by either claiming you were top or going top and taking the spot from Camile. Your summoner and item choices show, at best, a suspicious case and more than likely a malicious and willful intent to disrupt the gameplay of others.

To add to this case, you followed it up with a Taric jungle game... this was almost certainly what earned you your justly deserved punishment.

Intentionally grieving in game is the only offense in this game that I think is ban worthy. I got nothing to add other than to say that you were obviously inting.

seems like riot don't care anymore they just bann for fun sittiong on the money they made go play fornite man I'm telling you don't waste time on a game that doesn't want u to play? they don't even deserve my respect anymore banned 14 days because I carried my team 18-9 so bro don't think too much instead of blocking my chat they banned me, you just see how they don't give a fuck about their clients.

Inting isn't just a KDA thing, are you banned explicitly just for inting or more for your behavior in general and in chat ?
