Someone tell me how having a bad game is considered inting? Please.

Yeah... No. You're in silver and if this was a "bad game" it's one in which you played so poorly and did so many things different from your normal games that you were obviously intentionally feeding. Keep in mind it's public info that you were intentionally doing something extremely stupid that results in 3 deaths in the first 3 minutes, as well as not getting any CS until 6 minutes and not getting more than 5 until over 20 minutes into the game.

Without watching the replay it would be hard to judge. I've been the jungler that after a successful invade MOVES into the enemy jungle and repeatedly kills them. In silver, you can almost count on the laners to never respond quickly enough. It's purely possible he got invaded, went to his buff without vision got killed again by the team bush camping, and then was jumped a final time solo by the enemy jungle. From there he may have had to step away for 2 minutes to get his head in the game, RL stuff, or seriously was running around trying to figure out what to do. Look at the death map, the majority of his deaths are in lanes, under HIS tower. Factor that with how toxic silver is, his team probably continually berating him and causing him to tilt further.

I don't know if he was toxic in chat, but I'll do what you SHOULD have done and advise him to put in a support ticket if he actually wasn't inting. Ask someone to manually review your game and determine if you were intentionally feeding or not. I don't see how dying under your tower is inting though considering the comp he was against was made to tower dive AND snowball.

Edit: Oh I see he was support, still having played tank Sivir with an almost identical build (but still trying to win) I'd say he should open a support ticket and contest it if he was actually trying. Remember, breaking the meta isn't against the rules~

You were top lane?

You realize that makes your game look even worse, right? If you were support, you could pretend you were having an atrocious game.

But since you claim to be top lane, it is 100% certain that you were intentionally feeding.

I can't be sure of your intent, but based on your bizarre choices and unbelievably bad KDA, I suspect you were trolling on some level. Perhaps you weren't literally running it down mid, but this certainly looks like you had zero intention to win the game. I mean, if your honest intent was to try to make Hecarim work as a support, you could have at least taken Coin or Relic Shield.

I don't think this was just a "bad game". The game in question shows a clear deviation from your normal play pattern; around three times your average deaths, getting the role of support and then clearly trolling the team by either claiming you were top or going top and taking the spot from Camile. Your summoner and item choices show, at best, a suspicious case and more than likely a malicious and willful intent to disrupt the gameplay of others.

To add to this case, you followed it up with a Taric jungle game... this was almost certainly what earned you your justly deserved punishment.

Intentionally grieving in game is the only offense in this game that I think is ban worthy. I got nothing to add other than to say that you were obviously inting.

seems like riot don't care anymore they just bann for fun sittiong on the money they made go play fornite man I'm telling you don't waste time on a game that doesn't want u to play? they don't even deserve my respect anymore banned 14 days because I carried my team 18-9 so bro don't think too much instead of blocking my chat they banned me, you just see how they don't give a fuck about their clients.
