Honor Level

So iv been at honor level 4 tier 3; for about 4 months now. I receive on average 2 honors a game. A friend of mine was honor 3 when i reached this point, but has already surpassed me to Honor level 5. He averages about 1 honor per game and he was being very honest.

My main concern is the fact that im trying so hard to reach Honor level 5 but the game wont let me. Iv reported this as a bug because of how much game time iv given this and work i have put in why am I stuck?

Small amounts of toxicity can slow your honor progress without you receiving any kind of warning or notification. For example, calling your teammates "idiots" every 20th game is not gonna give you a chat restriction, but will slow down your honor progression significantly.
