So I got banned permanently just now
In the chat log, this guy was into me. I told him to suck me off, and then because I said suck my co*k it triggered a ban. Rito is against my people. Go figure.

Not sure what that is supposed to mean, but punishment is done in 4 tiers, escalating for consecutive punishments or possibly skipping steps for extreme behavior;
- 10 game chat restriction
- 25 game chat restriction
- 14 day account ban
- Permanent account ban
If you had a 14 day ban already then a permaban would be the next punishment. This only happens when you continue to show negative behavior and don't reform, which would include doing things like telling other players to suck your dick.
If a player is harassing you in chat, they will be subject to the same punishment system you were, so just mute and report them. By retaliating against them in a toxic manner you are only causing more trouble for the other players.

Heyo! There's usually more to a permanent suspension than just that; is there any more context, including chat logs, that you can provide? Hopefully we can clear up the reason why your account has been permanently suspended.
