Allow Reports In Pre-Game Lobby

So I've started using the new draft mode, and all that I seem to get is people who call me the N-word for expecting someone who que'd top to go top instead of ADC. Would like to be able to report people in pre-game. Either that or allow us to mute people in pre-game lobby, I really don't need to get incessantly harassed for simply asking someone to go to the lane that they locked in. My friend and I were verbally harassed repeatedly, and the only way we could avoid seeing those harassing messages was to dodge que, which penalizes US for not wanting to deal with children, and some of time, you get right back in que with them. This has happened for 10 games in a row, and we're getting sick of it. This is also something that should have happened years ago, I dunno how many times I suggested it, but to no avail.

I understand where you are coming from.

I had a premade group calling me racial and homophobic slurs and even say they hoped my family died in a fire. Why? Because I was gonna play as the jungle role I was assigned.

What did I do?

I took the support role they forced on me. I played it and we won. I then reported all three of them after the game for the pregame chat.

Why did put up with it? Because I wanted to make sure they got reported because not everyone can put up with that kind of behavior and it doesn't put me on tilt. I find I can ignore it. Not everyone can. So I took the opportunity to help improve league community by putting up with it just so that I could report them.

I'm a bit disappointed... I don't recall the exact context, but I thought some Rioter mentioned they'd be looking into making that possible for the new champion select.
