I just got perma banned for this. I've never gotten a chat restriction or anything.

So i just got permabanned on this account. I want to know if this stuff is actually perma ban worthy because I have other accounts in which I regularly play on, yet I have only ever been chat restricted for a few games. Also, I have never been chat restricted on this account and got no warning. I just got automatically permabanned which I do not think is fair.

The first game here started off with just the mid and bot lane attempting to invade the enemy blue side. I tell them to bail because as xin zhao jg, I'm very weak level 1. After going to my gromp and the three getting killed, trynd top is camping in the bush top and refuses to listen to my ping for assistance that I need a leash doing the gromp. His leash consisted of hitting the gromp once. From the beginning of the game, I was tilted. Bot lane and mid had just suicided after not heeding to my warning. The chat resumes to when I gank top level 3 or 4 where I get a kill on fiora and the top tower is extremely low so I tell trynd that we should take it for the 400 gold bonus. While we take down the turret, trynd is either afk or just not paying attention because all of the minions are killed so I run away from the turret but when I realize trynd isn't walking back, I stop but he is dead before I can do anything from the turret. He blames all of this on me calling me a dumbass for not tanking the shots when he didn't even budge from the turret. Trynd keeps saying foul stuff so I mute trynd. The rest of his party chimes in and how I'm a retard so I just mute everyone. Then trynd trolls me by taking all of my jungle camps. Constantly. I can't do anything really because he is 3 and 0 and has big crits. Trynd continues to follow me in my jungle, last hitting the gromp and wolves and blue. I tell him not to take the blue but he goes right on and takes it. Now this really tilts me because 1. i need mana, and 2. TRYND DOESNT USE MANA. Also as a jungler, you have a right to your own jungle camps. It's an extremely dick move to take the junglers camps. At this point I am just so fucking tilted, that I threaten trynd that I will feed so he will stop taking my camps. That doesn't stop him though from taking everything. At this point, he is level 12 and everyone else is level 10 and I'm level 6 or 7 because trynd takes all the camps. The game continues on and I'm extremely pissed off because everyone else in the game is in a party so they just take trynd side and say that I am shit and that I got my ass carried, even though I ended 4/2/5. Overall, the entire team was extremely passive aggressive and trynd continued to say at the end that I was the troll, even though I couldn't even do my own jungle because I was too low of a level to do anything because trynd killed everything and their levels reset higher than I could deal with. After the game ends, Trynd says in chat "gg wp ban xin zhao please <3." This stuff really gets my blood boiling because throughout the game, he was saying extremely rude stuff, but at the end, he was all nice and pretending that I was the real troll.

The second game, I had a team that was berating me during queue, saying I was retarded for going xin zhao jg instead of a tank because they instalocked. So this day I had been playing like 4 games in a row and got queued with the same two people (the cass and leona) so I knew what they were doing. Cass was super aggro early so I told diana she should take barrier instead of teleport mid. Then she dies in the first 3 minutes. Throughout the game, I was being harassed by diana mid and caitlyn bot for being "so trash." This is why I retaliated in such a manner. During this game I was the only one with a positive score and the diana and caitlyn were feeding hard. I know my language got foul, but it felt right after them saying such cruel stuff to me. Bad game or not, these two were down right being mean to me saying I sucked and all from the start and I feel I was justified for retaliating in the same manner.

Finally, the third game, I told my team on multiple occasions that they were stupid because they were diving under tower and then blaming me for not diving with them. Also, I was saying ez after every kill because I had given the enemy bot lane first blood and sivir had said "ez" to me. Because of this, I camped bot lane and got my bot lane fed. After every kill on sivir and tresh, I said "ez" because she said it at the beginning. If this is report worthy, than sivir should also be reported for saying ez to me first.

Riot needs a better way to try and reform players that only have issues with chat stuff during one day, or in individual instances. There "system" is very flawed as it stands.

You keep stooping to petty behavior to get back at your own teammates for what may well be honest mistakes. To be blunt, it doesn't even matter if what they did was deliberate or not; "he started it" is not an excuse for retaliation.

It makes no difference what the other players in the game did; the punishment is dished out based on your behavior alone, which is atrocious. Not once in those chat logs did you say anything remotely positive or complimentary toward your team. I'll grant you there's a couple of neutral comments in there that are geared toward strategy, but they're vastly outweighed by the negative tirade you heaped on your teammates.

You can create a new account if you like, but remember that the punishment system is somewhat more strict at early levels to more quickly ban players that are angry at something. Learn from your mistakes, keep your nose clean, and you'll be okay.

Hey man, I know teammates can do undesirable things sometimes, but you gotta just take it. Politely suggest what they should do, and if they don't do it, yelling won't convince them. Don't flame your teammates, just let them do what they're doing, and help them if possible. If someone is deliberately trolling you, play your best regardless, and report the person at the end of the game. Don't flame the person. If you're getting flamed and it's making you angry, mute the person.
