Banned for supposed thirdf party use
I did not use any third party client and I got banned permantaly and if i did I do not know what I used and riot wont help me to figgure out what caused it

Riot is unlikely to tell you which program triggered the 3rd party ban, since keeping that information hidden is what helps them keep an edge against the people trying to circumvent punishments for cheating.
