Your account, your responsibility, your fault it got banned.
It sucks you got your account banned, but remember, Riot doesn't overturn bans 99% of the time. The only time Riot will reverse a ban is if it was in error. Learn from past mistakes, make a new account and carry on with your new wisdom.
If it was a ban for behavioral issues then it won't get overturned unless there was an error done on Riot's part, which is very unlikely. If you'd like to discuss your punishment then please post your entire unedited reform card here in this thread.
