9 Game win streak then champ stolen toxic troll and banned

So lets just start this off by saying that i finally feel like i stopped getting trolls afk's and intent feeders. I start to go on a win streak but then this one guy looks me up on a 3rd party website to see what champ i play most tells me no matter what hes taking my champ jungle or top and i just have to deal with it and pick something and choose to go top or jungle with the pick i dont want after he has locked in my most played champ, he then proceeds to flame me and blame me for not ganking or helping him after he did all of that spamming /all chat to report me etc. After trying to defend myself to his group harassment after the game its not him who is banned for all that but me. Seems wrong that i was trying to keep my winstreak up and he would ruin it and i would get banned obviously if im on a winstreak im going to be trying to keep it going but i guess he had other plans.
