Someone got into my account and bought himself a 1350 skin....how do RIOT will punish him e.e

Ok yesterday as i was watching some youtube videos,a friend of mine asked me why i dont answer his messages in game...And i told him i am not online.When i logged in,i realised i lost 1350 RP.I checked payment and Gifting history,and i found out a very smart person,actually gifted to himself Pool Party Fiora using my money.I've sent a request at League of Legends support,but i dont know if it will help me.Its not about the refund,i just want that person to get punished with a ban or such,because if he stole from me,maybe he can steal from others.So,is there any way for me to actually "propose" a punishment to Riot Games for him/her?

Thanks for the links.And i dont have the need to scum Riot.I am pretty sure Riot can find out that the person wasnt in my friendlist at all.Or maybe he was and he simply changed his name to do the job and then delete me.So yeah,thanks again.

Correction, you do NOT have to be friends for 24 hours to gift someone, if you play a game with them. I am unsure if Pool Party Fiora is available through that or not, but that is a way around it.

Anyways, back to the OP.....

If you sent a report ticket, then you do not need this post. This post will only be an attempt at getting the public riled up to get riot "working on it" when they take money matters seriously as well. How do you know they were not hacked as well? They have to take the time to check IP addresses, and make sure the correct person is dealt with. That will take some time. Just be patient and they will handle it.

If Riot notices my post,and actually investigate what happened i am pretty sure they will find out.The one thing i know is that i take money matters seriously.If it was any other thing i wouldnt extend it to this length.But because i wanted that Project Ekko and now i am currently with 32 RP,i got kinda angry.
