Trolls in ranked select harassing and forcing dodges

Something should really be done to prevent this situation, when you enter champ select and someone blatantly threatens to feed and ruin your game if they do not get their role, or encounter conflict doing so practically if not forcing an impending dodge & lp loss by you or a teammate. I'm so tired of running into these type of players there are so many plaguing the community and they aren't really receiving any punishments at the moment. Some sort of veto-dodge system or a pre-game report option would be so welcomed and necessary, we need some type of consequence & reform for these people.
