My Ban
I would like an opportunity to speak with a RIOT member, so I could have a chance to appeal my Perma-Ban. If there is anyone willing to help me I would be overjoyed. Please and thank you :)

If you wish to contact Riot directly about your ban, then your best bet would be to submit a support ticket.
Unfortunately, you can't appeal your ban. Unless it was an error on their part, there is no way to lift it. If you want to try, I suggest submitting a Support Ticket requesting information about your ban and the possibility of getting it lifted.
Though fair warning, the likeliness if that happen is very, very low, and generally does not happen.
Appealing on the boards wont really help lift your ban, but it can give you insight on what might have caused it, and ways to improve so it does no happen again.
For that, you'll have to post the reason why you were banned. And if it involves behavior then chat logs will help determine what type of language you should avoid :)

what does it say when you attempt to log in? specifically the date you were punished till, as that is a code telling us what you were banned for.
Depending on what it was for, it may / may not be overturned.
