Ban from toxicity

I've recently been suspended for 14 days... The reason isn't really that clear since i personally don't think that what i wrote was toxicity. And btw i don't think that being toxic in one game should give me a suspension, that just sounds stupid to be honest. Is there anything you can do? :)

You won't get banned for one game of toxicity. You must have been toxic for several times, because a 14 day ban is pretty severe.

Riot gives you the chatlogs of the games they think you have been toxic. Post it there.

I can post my chat log but as Nemin said i should not be able to get banned if it's only one game i've been toxic in.

Chat log: Game 1 tobinobi2: wtf tobinobi2: DONT tobinobi2: TAKE tobinobi2: MY tobinobi2: CS tobinobi2: report ww pls tobinobi2: taking my cs + saying he's helping but then running tobinobi2: no he's not the best tobinobi2: ur bronze u cant see who's the best and whos not tobinobi2: then come top %%% tobinobi2: if u dont want a fiora fed tobinobi2: %%%got tobinobi2: well? tobinobi2: do u see why i didnt help? tobinobi2: she can fucking 1 shot me tobinobi2: u fucking noob tobinobi2: why the fuck are u fighting? tobinobi2: cya %%%s tobinobi2: bg tobinobi2: report ww tobinobi2: fuck u

The denial took another whole level with this one.

I think if you still stick to this quote, you should just see a doctor.

Look when i wrote this i just woke up and no i do not stick to this quote, since it is now some time ago, and now i've thought about it. But even though it was toxicity it should still not ban me if i only were toxic in this particular game

Riot takes a pretty strong stance against homophobic language. You used the word f** at least 3 times in one game, plus you flamed your teammates. Any use of homophobic language usually gets your ban escalated straight to a 14-day ban, even if it was your first offense.

I don't know much of these rules (i know some) but as far as i'm concerned riot do not ban anyone just because they were toxic in one game

If you haven't been toxic in about a year or so and then suddenly you get toxic in one game, then you shouldn't be banned or suspended

That isn't accurate. If you break one of their zero tolerance policies, then you can get banned for one game. For example, someone who is intentionally feeding and has never been punished before can immediately get a 14-day ban because Riot takes a strong stance against inting. It honestly depends on the type of toxicity, regardless of the account's standing.

Woah, this really shocked me. Thanks for your help :)

  • Yelled in all caps (at someone, not just in general)
  • Asked others to report someone
  • hate speech
  • harassment in general

Yeah. You got banned. Hate speech alone is an instant acceleration to an account ban like the one you have, there is a zero tolerance policy that is clearly stated in ToS.

Ninjaguy already told me why and i do understand. Though i do not approve of this method riot is using, though i do understand why i've been banned :)

Oops... I was a little late, saw ninjaguy's reply first, but your reason is just as good as his
