Report flaws
i got reported for offensive language when i know i hadn't used offensive language at all, it seems as though reports aren't even evaluated, just acted upon.

If you got a popup, that just means that your account has been reported more times than usual. If you truly didn't say anything offensive then you have nothing to worry about.
it's automated. just means someone has reported you. doesn't mean the report is valid.
(Extremely) simplified: Warning popups value report-quantity over quality (to maximize toxic players that are reached) Punishments value report-quality over quantity (to minimize innocents that are punished)
