About the Hextech box

My friend was banned for 14 days, and he can't receive the Hextech box after he score S on the game, because he's previews bad behavior, so how long it gonna take for him to get a box? [zombie-brand-mindblown]

You have to show improved behavior to start receiving these rewards again. There is no definite time period. See this reddit comment.

i had the same problem but i can earn chests now it takes about 2 weeks before you can earn stuff sadly
