Hey everyone! =D I received a perm ban due to toxic behavior. That's true. But with this perm ban I lost 7000 (50$) worth of RP. Will Rito transfer this money/RP to a smurf? Tbh I don't want a refund I just want the RP on a different account :/

Permabanned = get outta here. We don't want you to play our game anymore. You agree to the Terms every patch, yet you violate them. They owe you nothing.
But since you plan on making a smurf anyway, I highly suggest you /mute all at the start of the game and stop acting toxic. I don't even talk in games anymore simply because it's not worth it. 90% of the things you can communicate in chat you can communicate in pings. Want Baron? Ping assistance on baron. Need to tell your team to focus Yi? Target ping Yi a few times. I've never been banned or chat restricted but talking in chat is just asking for trouble.
