Perma-ban appeal? #reformed

Hello anyone reading. I was perma'd 5-6 months ago on this account. I was a toxic, flaming, int'ing idiot. I got angry at everything and flamed nearly everyone. I've since been playing on a new account, where I feel I've reformed quite a bit. Still get mad, still banter to team. But no more, running down mid (Draven ) no more selling all items for tears ( Draven ) , no more AFK'ing on purpose. I'm sure it's a stretch but if I can get any response on if theres a way to get un-banned, that'd be cool. TY.

There is not.

Once an account has been permanently banned that ban remains, unless it is found to be applied in error. This is true of all accounts, including those at the pro level -- the Tyler1 example people sometimes cite is different, because sometimes PLAYERS are banned specifically (meaning any account they are found to use is banned), and a PLAYER ban might be able to be reversed, although none of their previous accounts will be restored.

I know this isn't the news you wanted, but I can't always be the bearer of good news. :(
