I got permanent banned for being toxic. I understand I was toxic. But this game is the only thing that distracts me from my messed up life. I asked league if i could get it unbanned because the account meant a lot to me and i put in a lot of money in it. They said no. Then i asked if they could make a deal with me. If i make a new account and i dont get punished once for being toxic for an entire year. Then could i have my account back. Thry still said no. If league believes in second chances. Why wouldn't they agree with this. Why can't they see I'm willing to wait a year just to get my account back. It has a lot of sentimental value. I dont even mind if they set it back to level 1.

Punishments are typically dealt in 4 steps;

10 game chat restriction
25 game chat restriction
14 day account ban
Permanent account ban

Unless you exhibited extremely toxic behavior that resulted in Riot escalating your punishment past the first 3 steps, you'll have had 4 chances already. Those steps are to allow you the chance to reform, but those that do not make a big enough change in their behavior and reach a permanent ban aren't welcome. However, you're free to create a new account and try again.

sounds like you need to spend more time improving your life and less time playing a video game, anyway. your personal problems are not an excuse to act like an asshat, everyone has problems.

Assuming it was your 1st punishment, you must have been a very terrible person in game; probably throwing racist slurs and threatening to kill people. If it wasn't your 1st punishment, I hope you go out and finally try to improve your life or maybe go swimming.

Maybe you should work on fixing your life instead? You didn't spend money for ban immunity, you spent money out of your own willing choice for skins or whatever.

The deal thing you mentioned was attempted in the past before. Guess what? Nearly every single person failed, so they stopped it.

You were toxic, obviously enough to be permanently banned, so no, you should not get your account back. The whole point of the ban is to make you regret being toxic.
