My level 9 friend was banned; why? Riot Help Please!
My friend and roommate (summoner name RottenRobotics) was permanently banned earlier today. He has yet to receive an email from Riot explaining why he has been banned, and honestly there isn't a reason either of us can think of. He usually doesn't say much in game, doesn't use any scripts or other third-party programs, has received quite a few commendations for sportsmanlike behavior in the limited amount of games he's played, and to top it all off, he hasn't even played a game against actual players yet. Only bots. Why has he been banned and, more importantly, can we restore his account if the ban was in error?
