Riot unban me please

I know this is gonno get lots of hate.. but here it is! So my account got banned just after I changed my name and played one game on it, I usally play custom games with my friends during school days. It was a normal day everything was fine but when I try to log in my account was banned. So I thought this must be a mistake so I went and made a ticket about unban, but all I got from the ticket is just bot messages and bot messages telling me useless stuff that I already know. This was the first bot message: Greetings player,

Your account has been permanently suspended following the use of scripts, hacks, exploits or unauthorized third-party programs in League of Legends. Accounts that are caught using hacks to gain an unfair competitive advantage are subject to permanent suspension. We work hard to preserve a fair and competitive environment in League of Legends. Regardless of intent, use of unauthorized third-party programs is explicitly against the Terms of Use, which can be found here:

I've wasted my time messaging a bot this whole time! Honestly can a riot staff look into my case and help me get unbanned? Cuz it was definitely a unfair ban and I have not hacked once in my life.

It's not a bot. Representatives use macros to speed up ticket time.

For cases of permanent bans like this, riot has staff members review the case in full before making a decision about the ban. They have already looked over your account, and they decided you were breaking their player code of conduct.

did a friend/relativ play on your account? did you use custom skin software/skinpreview?

They should change this, I just started a game and got to lane at about the 1 minute mark, and 2 minutes later the remake came up - because of ME! I was just standing in lane as teemo and three team mates voted no but two voted yes and so it counted as a leave against me -19 LP....this is some bull shit, for 2 minutes of standing still no less...wtf it is meant for people who d/c yet there I am connected with items and not even two minutes go by and this shit happens.

I know I have a really high win rate with fiora but that was in ranked and I do not take normal seriously

I know you won't like hearing this but for this particular punishment it only happens if you really cheated. It is not unfair in any way. It is not automatic.

To get this punishment you have to get reported for cheating, then your account gets flagged for review, then it is reviewed by human employees at Riot. If the data shows that you are cheating with such programs, you are subject to permaban and will likely be permabanned.

Cheating is easy to see. As a programmer myself who spent many of my days analyzing packet traces to determine program behavior I can tell you first hand that the difference in seeing a computer do something and a human do something such as command input (e.g. a human player vs a player with scripts) is night and day. They look nothing alike, they are not confusable.

You were caught cheating, you should in humility deal with the consequences.

Next time don't cheat! I remember the game I reported you! And the toxic comments from you and those defending you in that game were not welcomed either.
