I understand that it was a bit negative to say the least. But overall, it really wasn't that bad. I didn't use any slurs or derogatory terms. In my first game, the sylas on my team said in all chat "GG Report Riven, called me the N word multiple times". When clearly i never said that, thats why i said just keep on flaming, and that i never said any slurs. But of course, this 14 day ban is gonna hit different.

A 14 day ban means you have received previous punishment. Change your attitude.

This sort of behavior is condescending, insulting, and not acceptable. It can definitely result in a punishment and, if you had prior punishments, a 14-day ban makes sense.

that triggered ban bot. Probably acceptable in Oceania servers but not on NA. The word and various variations is probably programmed as a zero tolerance phrase. The N word should also be a zero tolerance phrase so you should see an IFS feedback on sylas if you reported him, if not then then well I guess you now know broken the system is.

Understand that the system punishes based on consistency x severity and operates on a 4 tier ladder. Every time you get punished, you move up the ladder and the tiers are as follows:

  1. 10 game chat restriction
  2. 25 game chat restriction
  3. 14-day ban
  4. permaban

For you to get punished for these logs, it means that you've exhibited similar behavior since your 25 game chat restriction punishment. If you keep it up, you'll get permabanned.

It is possible to move down the ladder, you have to prove to the system that you are no longer toxic (even mildly). Play many games over a couple of months and you'll gradually redeem your account back to a clean state.
