2016 rewards

So although I know this is going to get me nothing but flamed and down voted by people, but the person in riot support told me to take this up here. The fact that riot did not notify people who were banned after august 7th that they would not get rewards was ridiculous. I for one did get banned (inb4 you are toxic and have no voice here etc.) and unbeknownst to me I kept playing ranked and clawed my way to platinum (also just to point this out, I got banned just after the 7th and have changed my attitude since then because the ban made its point) Then me being happy thinking oh i'm going to get my border soon etc. but as the week went by and others got their rewards I noticed I did not.

So I had to go to riot support to try and figure out what was going on, after a day or two I got a reply stating that I didn't get a reward due to my ban. Needless to say i'm disappointed, more so that I was not informed of this, so that I wouldn't of worked so hard to get my rank to where I was. But also the fact that riot decided that the ban I received for my actions was not enough? So they take away something that I worked for as well to pour salt in the wound?

As a customer of riot games, I must say that this company has gone down the pipes when it comes to customer service. In the future i'd suggest making it more clear to people what is and isn't going to happen when they get banned, the lack of communication is astounding.

So in closing, I am uninstalling this game and will be telling anyone who asks me about this game to stay far away, because I cannot support a company who doesn't give a damn about their players.
