League of Legends Yeah. RIOT algorythm is too perfect so they doesnt need humans anymore to do that. Once system ban you, they dont give a ... They claim right to take any content you bought as "costumer" away and show you the middle finger. Or wait, system actually does that so they doesnt seem as bad guys. Explain me one thing, why "toxic" players ( that actually tries in games and doesnt throw) get their whole account banned with their whole progress, items, icons, rare and collected stuff? Why riot just wont restrict them from using chat, And actally ban only people WHO troll on purpose. I had lol since 2012 and all reports came in 2018 when system for auto bans was working. But their amazing system doesnt see stuff that you say in other games like: you were playing good (not yasuo players), wow nice kill gj, gj, you did well, goog game. No system ignore all of this, all it sees is bad stuff, stuff you dont even realise they are toxicity these days and puts you on black list so quickly. All system see is your chat, not what was actually happening. Riot defends themself with " oh but there is mute button for toxic player ( cant others you "blame" actually mute you?) , dont fight fire with fire " but oh my GOD you just wasted 30+ minutes of your life in game with no purpose. Oddysea was great example of that, people cant teamwork, and if this game relay on teamwork (mostly just one broken champ) or one champ than they cant except people to be happy wasting half hour of life in game they cant win, and just mute someone and wait happily for another game, even more if it was ranked. I got perma banned for asking enemy team to report oou support that were playing Annie, feeding already from early game and blaming whole team and i just got involved in late state of game into this because i was the only one winning the lane. And i got perma banned for that, no swearing no real insulting. Riot told me: blaming someone doesnt help make him stop troll it just get worse. BUT HOW it can get worse when he feeds and trolls on maximal lvl already. You can atleast try to make such person leave the game which gives you more chance (kick of game system would be nice). Riot is just so naive and cant see trough happy rainbow of money rain infront of their eyes, that they think when you say to person who blame whole team " dont worry us 4 might be shit but youre great and its fine youre dying we still can win " that it actually change something and that person STOP TROLL, Hell no, maybe on high ranks but you cant expect this in iron -> platina. Thats chance 1:1000 000 000 that its gonna happen. So im begging the riot system.. can you unban my account DarkDragonRider and rather give me perma ban on chat? Because you know, i actually tried to play even when i have feeders but that something you doesnt see?

First off, not to be that guy, but formatting would certainly help your post be more readable. You should try putting in a break (Hit Enter twice) every 3-4 lines or so. Elsewise, your whole post becomes a nigh-on unapproachable wall of text.

Beyond that, going through your post;

RIOT algorythm is too perfect so they doesnt need humans anymore to do that.

The IFS isn't perfect, and there is still a margin of error, but it being automated does make it easier, both due to the speed and reliability of the system compared to manual review.

That said, Riot does occasionally pick out cases for manual review to check for false-positives, and cases can be brought to them via a Support Ticket if one believes their punishment was issued in error.

It's not a perfect system, but it's an exceedingly good one.

Once system ban you, they dont give a ... They claim right to take any content you bought as "costumer" away and show you the middle finger.

You gave them that right when you agreed to the ToU. IIRC, they show it to you at Account Creation, and every time you download a new major patch. Here's the pertinent snippets of information;

##2. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

2.2. What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.) If your account is terminated, you’ll no longer have access to it, including any of the associated data or content (e.g., champions, skins, Riot Points, etc.). You’ll not be entitled to any refunds and we’ll have no liability to you. We also reserve the right to terminate any other accounts you may have created, as well as your access to any other Riot Services (also without any refunds or liability to you).

You understand and agree that using the Riot Services comes with the risk that your account may be terminated or suspended and that, whenever you use the Riot Services, you’ll bear this risk in mind and always conduct yourself appropriately.

##4. Virtual Goods

4.3. Do I “own” the Virtual Goods I unlock? (No. What you “unlock” is not the virtual good itself, but rather, a qualified right to access it in the Game.) You have no ownership or other property interest in any of the Virtual Goods you unlock, regardless of whether you acquired access to those Virtual Goods using Riot Points, Blue Essence or Hextech Crafting. Virtual Goods have no monetary value. You can’t redeem them for cash. You can’t obtain any refunds for purchasing Riot Points or Virtual Goods, except as expressly permitted by us. You can find our current content refund policy here.

We have the right to delete, alter, move, remove, or transfer any and all Game Content—including Virtual Goods—in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason or no reason, with or without notice to you, and with no liability of any kind to you. We don’t provide or guarantee, and expressly disclaim, any value, cash or otherwise, attributed to any data residing on servers we operate or control, including any Game Content attributed to your account. The sale or transfer of your right to access certain Virtual Goods, Blue Essence, Riot Points or Hextech Items may only be conducted via services approved of or provided by us, if any.

Explain me one thing, why "toxic" players ( that actually tries in games and doesnt throw) get their whole account banned with their whole progress, items, icons, rare and collected stuff?

Being toxic and flaming is in itself a form of throwing. Railing against your teammates isn't conducive to winning the game, and all in all, the litany of negative impacts flaming and toxicity has on the game far outweigh any benefits, so allowing toxicity isn't good for the game, at all.

Why riot just wont restrict them from using chat, And actally ban only people WHO troll on purpose.

Because Riot previously tried what amounted to a permanent chat mute - and players under such punishment largely resorted to trolling and intentional feeding.

My question to you is, why should we give those players umpteen opportunities to break the rules? If they're not willing to respect the rules they signed up for, they shouldn't get chance after chance after chance after chance - Riot has to put their foot down sometime.

But their amazing system doesnt see stuff that you say in other games...

Previous good behavior does not mitigate current and consistent bad behavior. If you behaved well before your strings of bad games where you flamed teammates, then those instances of good behavior only serve to set an expectation for how you'll behave going forward - not exempt you from punishment if you break the rules.

No system ignore all of this, all it sees is bad stuff, stuff you dont even realise they are toxicity these days and puts you on black list so quickly.

If you don't understand why you got punished, or are curious as to what is toxic/negative behavior, it'd generally be a good idea to reach out to Riot (via Support Ticket) or the Boards to find out how to avoid breaking the rules going forward.

If you don't put forth the effort to learn where you crossed the line and avoid doing so again in the future, then it's on you.

All system see is your chat, not what was actually happening.

There is no excuse for flaming and being toxic. You have the option to not say anything at all - to bite your tongue and keep your flame to yourself. If you decide to put your negativity into the chat, you're subject to the repercussions.

Riot defends themself with " oh but there is mute button for toxic player ( cant others you "blame" actually mute you?)

Yes, you can mute toxic players, and yes, people can mute you if you're being toxic.

They can also report you. The two features aren't mutually exclusive, and the existence of the mute feature does not excuse you for breaking the rules.

dont fight fire with fire " but oh my GOD you just wasted 30+ minutes of your life in game with no purpose.

First off, this looks like a non-sequitur, and second, you signed up for a 30+ minute time-waster. That's the point of the game, isn't it? To burn time?

If you can't stand playing 30+ minute matches, don't sign up for them.

I got perma banned for asking enemy team to report oou support that were playing Annie...

Report-rallying serves no real purpose besides to harass and single out someone. You only need one report to get a player's behavior reviewed and consequently punished - more reports do not increase the likelihood of a punishment.

And i got perma banned for that, no swearing no real insulting. Riot told me: blaming someone doesnt help make him stop troll it just get worse. BUT HOW it can get worse when he feeds and trolls on maximal lvl already.

I mean, you already explained how it can get worse.

Player feeds > You rally for reports and harass them > you feed the troll (giving them more incentive to feed) > and you get punished for report rallying.

You can atleast try to make such person leave the game which gives you more chance (kick of game system would be nice).

No, you can't try to make them leave - if they're trolling, they're not going to leave, they're hell-bent on ruining the game and inciting a reaction. Nothing you do will make them leave.

On top of that, any sort of feature that could kick a player from a match-in-progress would be heavily abused. I speak from experience on both the dealing and receiving end in World of Warcraft. A kick feature in League would do way more harm than good.

Riot is just so naive and...that they think when you say to person who blame whole team " dont worry us 4 might be shit but youre great and its fine youre dying we still can win " that it actually change something and that person STOP TROLL, Hell no

Or, or...And hear me out, this'll sound insane -

Just don't respond to the troll? Like, at all? Ignore them, don't give them the time of day, don't acknowledge their existence, and play around their feeding?

It's not naive of Riot to expect players to know better than to feed the troll. It's internet 101 - Don't feed the troll.

It's more naive to think that flaming and harassing a troll will somehow make them stop, or that you could potentially influence the troll in any way, shape, or form. You can't. You just have to play around them, and report them post-game.

So im begging the riot system.. can you unban my account DarkDragonRider and rather give me perma ban on chat?

Hate to break it to you, but that's not gonna happen. If you've worked your way up to a permanent ban, then you made your bed, and now you've got only to lie in it. They don't overturn punishments that weren't issued in error.

Because people who had restricted chat overwhelmingly resulted to the “soft inting” or trolling/griefing games that you complain about. Riot decided it wasn’t worth the extra games ruined just to ban them after they troll.

Even if they had a human reviewing your games, you'll still end up banned.

Even if they had the community tribunal running from back in the days, you'll still end up banned.

Just because a human looks at it instead of a bot, doesn't mean you'll get away with toxicity.
