Will I be punished for this?

In a game I was playing, I was in lane against Ahri and no matter what I did she just pulled me to her and she'd walk past minions if I hid behind them so I couldn't do anything but die over and over. It was tilting and since I just turned level 30 I still have no idea how to counter a Ahri, but the problem is I accidentally said something a bit rude in chat being "forgot to ban ahri :l," this was my first comment that was rude on here but im still afraid if I'll get any punishment for toxicity and I feel bad/worrying about it. I also have bought alot of stuff on here and fixing to buy more for the event so being banned/suspended isn't ideal

I wouldn't consider "forgot to ban ahri :l" specifically as toxic. From the perspective of your opponent (playing Ahri) I would see it as more of a compliment, like a sign of respect. As in, I'm doing well enough with this champion that you wish you had denied me the ability to play her. Even from your teammates perspective, it still seems more like you are accepting responsibility instead of putting the blame on your teammates.

Even if someone considered it toxic enough to report, I would doubt an employee at Riot would agree unless the context is different when seen with the rest of your dialogue.... and beyond that, you would only receive punishment if you show toxic behavior on a consistent basis.

Neither that comment nor dying six times in twenty minutes would ever get you punished.

You wont really get punished for that comment. I often tell my teammates they suk when they go 0 / 10 at the 15 minute mark. And I of course tell them what they could do better to improve. ^^

Wanna know how to counter Ahri? When she starts running at you past your minions, move back. Be ready to dodge the charm. Give her some respect. Or, play Fizz and, as soon as she throws the charm, jump over it with E and just 1-shot her. If you can dodge the charm, you're free to all-in her and punish her for extending past minions to try to hit you.
