Honestly, i'd like to reform but like.. so hard to restrain myself when dealing with people who have obvious silver knowledge when i'm plat (well, high plat/low diamond) and i want to get above honor level 2. I do everything i can to not be toxic but like it's that ONE trigger that just makes me fucking pop. is there anyway to like, not get idiots on my team? Like set a filter to have people with hands on my team only?
ModPrandine4 votesSounds like the problem stems more from the fact that you seem to have very high expectations for your team and get titled very easily if even one thing goes wrong. The things I would suggest doing are:
Just yell and rage at the screen instead of in chat. Move the chat box off-screen so you can't see what you or anyone else are typing. Mute and report the troublemakers when they start flaming in chat and don't retaliate back. Practice some self-control or at the very least grab a stress ball or pillow or something to take your anger out on so you'll be able to resist the urge to flame. Don't blow a gasket if someone makes a mistake: nobody's perfect, not even you.

Or how about giving people like him ability to mute himself and both teams with one click, for entire game, without option to turn it back on until game is finished ?

I'm not saying that having some expectations for teammate is necessarily bad, but if those expectations are unreasonably high enough to the point where even the smallest mistake causes you to lash out at someone then there's a problem. Basically if you're gonna have expectations for teammates then just keep them actually reasonable so that the smallest mistake doesn't set you off.

The part I bolded is the part that gives me the impression that one mistake causes them to snap at teammates due to having very high expectations. I get being frustrated at poor performing teammates as well as trolls along with wanting to have some expectations for teammates, but it stands to reason that there's a problem with how one is handling the situation if one incident causes them to snap, especially if the person in question is trying to reform their behavior.
It may be an exaggeration but this is merely an observation I've made based on the information the OP has provided, an observation that the OP has yet to confirm or deny at the time of this post, and I fail to see how that makes me a "riot fanboy" for simply trying to provide information to try to help someone out.

I call you a Rito fanboy, bc I've never seen any Advisor or Moderator EVER questioning even one move of Rito. Just look at this discussion. OP clearly said, that he has problems with players who have obvious silver knowledge (probably boosted players or bought accounts), yet you come and write a total exaggeration, that he gets upset on "the smallest mistake". You do NOT even try to understand what his problem is, just instantly start blaming him, when he points out a big flaw in the matchmaking.
This game now is not about who is better, but who gets more boosted/troll players in the game. The runes and balances made snowballing very easy, letting ONE bad player throwing the game, if none of the enemy players are totally bad. This causes a lot of toxicity, because after one of your teammates starts feeding, there is almost no way to comeback (bc the given player wont play defensive, or w8 for late or anything...)
