Honestly, i'd like to reform but like.. so hard to restrain myself when dealing with people who have obvious silver knowledge when i'm plat (well, high plat/low diamond) and i want to get above honor level 2. I do everything i can to not be toxic but like it's that ONE trigger that just makes me fucking pop. is there anyway to like, not get idiots on my team? Like set a filter to have people with hands on my team only?
Sounds like the problem stems more from the fact that you seem to have very high expectations for your team and get titled very easily if even one thing goes wrong. The things I would suggest doing are:
Just yell and rage at the screen instead of in chat. Move the chat box off-screen so you can't see what you or anyone else are typing. Mute and report the troublemakers when they start flaming in chat and don't retaliate back. Practice some self-control or at the very least grab a stress ball or pillow or something to take your anger out on so you'll be able to resist the urge to flame. Don't blow a gasket if someone makes a mistake: nobody's perfect, not even you.
