Riot has had a really bad system since day one, but I get a 14 day suspension from an automated system because I get trolled and talk back for 1 game? This shows that what you say means absolutely nothing to riot and if you have many valid points to say and add a couple of words riot doesn't like you get banned on spot no matter what you typed because no human is even looking at it. What a joke dude if anyone saw the game I had to go through I would of gotten the Noble peace prize not a ban rofl, riot please learn from the real world and put a system in place that defends the judged until proven guilty without reasonable doubt, not a system that just see how many words you put in and how many swears are in them. If I were to add a "fucking idiots" at the end of this post you would be like "oh toxic, what a great ban" even though you unfairly used your power and deserve every insult I could think of.   2. You aren't banned for just one game. You need to have had previous toxic behavior
  3. You must've had chat bans before. It goes 10 game chat ban, 25 game chat ban, 14-day ban, and perma-ban

So this ban is basically your final warning. So reform, or face the perma

  • Dragging the toxicity of Pre Game into the match.

If it was clear in pre game they were going to be a problem, then continuing the problem into the match is one of the worst things you can do. You should have muted the offenders as soon as the match started and tried to play around them.

  • Accusing other players.

Don't accuse other players. The middle of the match is not the place, and no one in the match is the person to direct it towards. All it does is add feul to the flame war, and make a bad situation worse.

Also there is way, way too much of it going on. This is pretty much spam.

Also accusing someone one or someones actions of being "cancer" is considered extreme toxicity.

  • Insulting or belittling another player's skill.

Also calling others "aids" or "retarded" is considered extreme toxicity.

You wrote this?! That means you were aware that this entire line of argument was detrimental to your level of play.. The best course of action is to stop "spending 5 minutes telling" people things, and just mute and play.

This is basically what you have been doing this entire chat log.

This log isn't just toxic, it is exceptionally toxic. You quite clearly deserved your punishment.

A word of warning if you want to avoid perma:

1st strike - 10 game chat ban 2nd strike - 25 game chat ban 3rd strike - 14 day full ban 4th strike - perma

The step from 14 day to perma is much more sensitive than the previous steps. You will need to completely clean toxicity from your matches to avoid punishment.

It also takes ~3 months to move back down 1 punishment tier. To completely clean your account that means 9 months of good behavior. (the first 3 of which need to be almost if not completely spotless)

That is the least important part. If they were reported, they will be judged separately. Your case is judged on your actions alone.

A ban means multiple and lengthy events of toxic behavior from YOU. This one incident is not enough to ban you, so that fact that you were banned says that your mouthing off like that happened several times, and probably to an even worse extent. Bye kid.
