Riot has had a really bad system since day one, but I get a 14 day suspension from an automated system because I get trolled and talk back for 1 game? This shows that what you say means absolutely nothing to riot and if you have many valid points to say and add a couple of words riot doesn't like you get banned on spot no matter what you typed because no human is even looking at it. What a joke dude if anyone saw the game I had to go through I would of gotten the Noble peace prize not a ban rofl, riot please learn from the real world and put a system in place that defends the judged until proven guilty without reasonable doubt, not a system that just see how many words you put in and how many swears are in them. If I were to add a "fucking idiots" at the end of this post you would be like "oh toxic, what a great ban" even though you unfairly used your power and deserve every insult I could think of.   3. You must've had chat bans before. It goes 10 game chat ban, 25 game chat ban, 14-day ban, and perma-ban

To be accurate, extremely toxic chat such as hate speech, death threats, urging to suicide etc. may result in skipping punishment tiers.

I'm not sure I understand, there's plenty of toxicity in that chat log. I'd be more than happy to go over it and call attention to the things I think you need to focus on, but at the same time I've seen you go after everyone here who has offered help or advice. Are you just gonna call me toxic for trying to help you avoid further bans?

Although what he said was true. If you're just gonna keep up with this current behavior, you WILL get permabanned on your next offence. You're just saying this just to "get even" about what he said about you being toxic in your chat logs.

This the problem of league, Taric himself. You can tell he's the problem of the universe because of how he comes even on the forums after he added all my friends that much to brag of how he got me banned and pretend like he's got his moral compass set straight with his 10 alt accounts and posting rofl riot has failed this community as a whole.

  • Dragging the toxicity of Pre Game into the match.

If it was clear in pre game they were going to be a problem, then continuing the problem into the match is one of the worst things you can do. You should have muted the offenders as soon as the match started and tried to play around them.

  • Accusing other players.

Don't accuse other players. The middle of the match is not the place, and no one in the match is the person to direct it towards. All it does is add feul to the flame war, and make a bad situation worse.

Also there is way, way too much of it going on. This is pretty much spam.

Also accusing someone one or someones actions of being "cancer" is considered extreme toxicity.

  • Insulting or belittling another player's skill.

Also calling others "aids" or "retarded" is considered extreme toxicity.

You wrote this?! That means you were aware that this entire line of argument was detrimental to your level of play.. The best course of action is to stop "spending 5 minutes telling" people things, and just mute and play.

This is basically what you have been doing this entire chat log.

This log isn't just toxic, it is exceptionally toxic. You quite clearly deserved your punishment.

A word of warning if you want to avoid perma:

1st strike - 10 game chat ban 2nd strike - 25 game chat ban 3rd strike - 14 day full ban 4th strike - perma

The step from 14 day to perma is much more sensitive than the previous steps. You will need to completely clean toxicity from your matches to avoid punishment.

It also takes ~3 months to move back down 1 punishment tier. To completely clean your account that means 9 months of good behavior. (the first 3 of which need to be almost if not completely spotless)

PS: why doesn't this include the most important part? Like how the entire enemy team was ...

That is the least important part. If they were reported, they will be judged separately. Your case is judged on your actions alone.

Try to look at it this way, Riot allows people like this to play because of the system they put in place, and I get punished for being mad about it. The only thing i as a player should be worrying about is my gameplay, not other players go to 12 minutes until 13-14 mins in this video and that what riot has done to the players of it's own community www.youtube.com/watch?v=vjXNvLDkDTA

All you literally had to do was keep quiet and report them after the game ended.

That's it. The situation was still in your complete control.

Since they did this to you, it wouldn't have been unusual if they tried to bait other players. And if they gathered multiple reports they would have likely landed themselves into trouble.

Back on to your point, you're 100% right but the thing is as a game creator / providor riot shouldn't put me in the situation where I as a player should have to deal with this, this is their problem. Remember I as a player have to take away my time to focus on a chat instead of my gameplay because riot as a provider has failed me

To be fair, neither you, nor me, nor the other people on the forum is in control of the system. We're just a more vocal part of the community.

The problem is, these people were intentionally attempting to abuse the system. Can you think of a system (other than a lack of) that people wouldn't try to abuse?

Manually going through each case has already been tried in the previous Tribunal where the community voted on cases. Although it was accurate enough, it wasn't near fast enough.

You can try to appeal your case through a support ticket, but I'll be honest, it's unlikely to follow through with anything.

It's been a firm decision from Riot that each person is responsible for their own behavior, no matter what. To judge things by the context each and every time opens up a bag of worms. We would have to go back to the manual method just to be fair, and things would slow back down to a crawl. Where people were getting banned for games several months ago.

A ban means multiple and lengthy events of toxic behavior from YOU. This one incident is not enough to ban you, so that fact that you were banned says that your mouthing off like that happened several times, and probably to an even worse extent. Bye kid.
