about permanetly banned
can i get my account back plz.i understand my fault.what can i do for get it back ?

As for the topic, it depends on why you were banned. If you did a chargeback I think you get unbanned once the amount due is paid, or if it is a safety ban then it will be unbanned once they determine that you are you through a support ticket.
If it is a toxicity ban that was not in error then nothing can be done.
