Players making false statements to get enemy team to report teammates.

Just got out of a game where a duo told the enemy team to report our mid laner. However the mid laner had done nothing wrong besides die a few times early, but all in all it was an even lane trading kills back and forth. They then continued to produce fake statements that he allegedly said to further back the claim that he was toxic even though, once again, he did nothing wrong. Although people ignore this most of the time its probably due to the fact that 1. They don't care or 2. They don't know who to believe. Maybe after the game there should be a button to look at both teams chat logs (all chat messages will be included in both logs). That way players can know what really happened and can report without suspicion.
