Just got permanently banned...

After 8 loyal years, over 3,000 dollars spent on my main account on skins and champions, plus 1,000s of hours, I just lost my account for flaming. I've had 3 two-week suspensions over the course of 8 years but my last one was 3 years ago. I got a 5 game chat restriction a few days ago for flaming and then a few games later, permanently banned with no reason listed. I was flaming but not with racism, homophobia or anything severe like kys but I got a chat restriction and I was good after that. Just telling people to fuck off and stop trolling. That's too harsh a punishment. I guess my account didn't heal after 3 years. Well, I'm done. I can't play video games anymore which I love. I design video games myself as a hobby but I just can't. That's just too hard a hit to take. Even after getting level honor 5 last season and getting to 3 this season. Whatever. I'll never spend a dime on games again. That's just too ridiculous of a punishment.

there is no 5 game chat restriction in the punishment system.

What does your ban message say which you did get suspended for? 3rd party program? Did they bring chat logs?

Same dude, I had a 10 game chat restriction, then the game where i got perma banned, the most "Toxic" thing i said to someone was idiot. Riot said that any negative attitude will count towards the perma ban because i was given a warning with chat restriction.

Doesn't it give you any chat logs? If so just copy them here, if not then contact support.

some contract that corporation make have 0 legal standing, some do that why some contract can be fully contested and others are a waste of time to try. That's why a lawyer specialize in contract would be needed for a lawsuit for something like that.

It's the era of SJW and they control everything now. Every company and person has to bend a knee to the screaming minority. You offended someone (good for you, maybe they'll get some thick skin for once) and now you have to pay the price of the ban hammer.

A permanent ban a few days after a 10 game chat restriction isn't standard.

A support ticket is advised.

My guess is that this is a protective ban because they detected unusual activity. If that is the case, they'll unlock your account after you prove that you're the original account owner.

Make a ticket and if they don't unban you lawyer up.
