Why am I perma banned again?

ok yeah I have been toxic in the past, I'll admit. But I only get 1 chance? First they gave me the 14-day ban (No chat restriction just straight up ban) and now they perma ban me cause I had one game where I said one bad word(yes one and only one I read the whole thing twice) cause my teammates were toxic 24/7 because I played bad cause my ping was like 500+. I think when I got the 14 days ban I got 2 bad games then ban and now 1? Like riot themselv have said people can have a bad day (like I did), but they don't give 2 damns about my bad day ;_;. Anyways is there any chance to get my account unbanned? Seriously I will do anything.

Riot has a zero-tolerance policy towards hate speech and encouragements to self-harm, both of which do tend to result in a 14-day ban on the first offense. From a 14-day ban the next behavioral punishment is indeed a permanent ban.

Neither toxic teammates nor high ping excuses the use of this sort of language which, based on the punishment pattern your account was subject to, seems the most likely cause of your bans.

Unfortunately, while you can always open a ticket with Player Support to plead your case, it's unlikely you will get the account back if this sort of language is present in your logs, especially if you previously had a 14-day ban. Permanent bans are only reversed if they are found to be applied in error, which is a very rare occurrence.

You were not toxic in the past. You are still toxic lol. I have said so many things in this game and i never ever got even a chat restriction. Not even a warning. You need to cross the line too hard and too much and care too less to receive any kind of punishing. Also you got so many chances in you other account and now you even received a 14 day ban as a last chance too. It's suppose to mean you are in a thin ice.

As the other guy said, riot [aka the community] have 0 tolerance to the kind of stuff you were saying.

and by "bad word" you mean "homophobic/racial slurs" go back to xbox live and cuss people out on cowadooty. that'd be much more fitting for somebody like you. I've been toxic af and the worst I've ever received is a 10 game chat restriction.
