We desperately need a way to report people for pre-game

These people waste so much time by forcing someone else to dodge because they don't want to put up with their BS for 20-40 minutes and lose LP. Riot's response seems to always have been "just report them after the game" but why should I be forced to play a game that I have no way of enjoying or winning? Secondly, sometimes they don't say anything in-game and it makes it hard to imagine they'll get penalized. I'm trying to climb back into gold and all I keep getting is games that are over before they even begin...

Just today I've seen these: Banning what you're showing Saying "I'm [your role] now. pick something else" Going Soraka jungle with cleanse and barrier Saying "I'm trying to de-rank"

There has to be a better way of dealing with these people... I don't know who hurt them but It's making it _really _ hard to enjoy this game. I know Riot doesn't want to allow people to vote to kick someone in champ select because it promotes "bullying behavior" but if you had a limited amount of votes you could use per a certain amount of games, and only have the voting allowed in solo/duo queue to prevent a 3-4 man from ganging up on someone, I think it would work.

Anyone have any other ideas?

The kicking people out even if you could only limit it to a certain number per day is not going work. Like you said, people would get bullied for being forced into a certain role or playing a certain champion.

Reports pre-game could work so that it's flag for review even should someone dodge. Not sure how much work that would be to implement however as I doubt that under the current system, League keeps any chat from games that do not actually start.

What about stuff like this when you're in your promos...?

I don't see a problem with dodging when you encountered these trolls, but not being able to dodge because it'll count as auto loss? That's just stupid.

100% will never happen, will only cause more in game flame and instances of calling for reports, which is report-able.

Literally never will happen.
