Is this a offense I can report?

If I come into champ select and show my champion immediately and then right before the ban phase is over another character bans my character is that something you can be banned for? If after that happens somebody dodges and the next pick/ban I'm with the same guy and he bans the champion again, even though I'm showing it is that then something you can be banned for? (Since at that time it would seem obvious he's griefing)

There are no restrictions on what champions players are allowed to ban. Players are allowed to ban whatever champion they desire for the reasons they so choose.

No people can ban/pick who they like.

It's generally frowned upon by the players themselves, but no it's not bannable.

If players at your level do not like you playing what you like to play I would highlight a different champion in the same role instead.

So if you want to Tryn for example highlight jax. If you want to yoric highlight nasus. If you want to karma highlight lulu, and so on.

It's usually a mistake. If you are worried make sure you say "Don't Ban X" in chat so they see it. I made this mistake many times and I learned to pay more attention at the opening screen. So why would it be bannable?

Unfortunately it's not reportable but it is a dick move on his part.
