if its close to bed time don't start a math, give urself at least 60 to 70 minutes per match since finding a game and selecting a game takes around 15 min to be safe.

Next time ask your dad if you have time for another game before queuing.

League of Legends has a huge punishment for a few AFKs. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but that's just how seriously people take the game.

Dawwh.

You're given quite a few chances before you're hit with the low priority queue, so you've might been 'sugaring' the story.

Besides, I think it's about 5 games with 20+ min queues right? Not as terrible as it might sound like! Hopefully you'll get better managing your time schedules once you've finished your penalty. :)

"Hey, Dad. I respect that you're looking out for my health and scholastic success when you tell me what time I need to go to bed. However, my favorite pastime is an online game in which my teammates rely on my presence to succeed, and abruptly abandoning a game in progress is unfair to them and results in me being punished. Can we come to an understanding where I agree to go to bed at a realistic time each night, but you allow me time to finish up a game if I'm in one? I'd prefer not to repeat what happened last night."

Try something like that.

How about ...

  1. Don't play games close to your bed time.

  2. Don't play games when you have other things to do

  3. Don't live with your parents, be an adult.
