I've never seen a more toxic community in my life. I'm going to leave this game because it's a breeding ground for society's cancer. I'm just making this thread, which there are countless others like it, so that Riot is reminded of what they already know. I doubt that they can ever combat the toxicity since they've failed to do so for so many years already, but good luck.

It's weird. I find the forums to be well mannered, whereas in game people tend to be more toxic/rude/self-centered. I think it just goes down to passion. I actually think back to what imaqtpie said about Hashinshin, in that he's passionate about that game and passion manifests itself differently. We all play the game because there is something we genuinely enjoy about it. Not to say that toxic behaviour is acceptable, but lets try to remind ourselves that we all love the same game.
