For months now every single person who tried to play league competitive is telling you your matchmaking system, the dynamic queue is garbage. League is not rewarding nor fun for anyone trying to play SOLOQ(which don't exist). It is all about who's getting the better premades, and you cant do nothing about it. You don't feel like you matter at all, when you get 3 premades having some fun vs someone 3 ppl with better cordination and trying to climb the ladder. So where's my fault there, and how can i have fun when its simply onesided game. What must happen for you to even try to listen to the community and bring something at least close to SoloQ. Yea and the second thing, why people get suspended after being reported 3 games for some kind of toxiciy, but no other form of report get people any form of penalty. So i can stay afk, feed, assist enemy in any possible way, and that wont matter.

The short answer is yes.

The long answer is that there are millions of players with competing interests. People want different things that are incompatible with what others want. Compromise is the name of the game. What an individual wants isn't always and likely isn't representative of what everyone or most people want.

Comprimise is right. Ruin-it doesnt care what the community wants, they DECIDE what we want for us. And the only comprimise here is the community can either accept that Ruin-it gets to tell us what we want/need in the game. Or we just dont play the game.

only Comprimises that have to be made are on the community side, Ruin-it doesnt give a shit about thier community.

Of course most the compromises are on the community side. The competing interests are different sides of the community. They decide what to do that they think is best for the most people. They may not always be right but to say that they don't care is pretty wrong imo.

I mean you are welcome to w/e opinion you want but why would you play a game run by a company that you think so little of?

No, all of the concessions have to be made on the community side, Ruin-it proves time and time again that they dont care. They remove threads that dont put thier game in a flowery perfect light. They dont care, rather than address problems, they bury them, close threads, ignore reports.

Only reason I am playing is because at the moment It is all my computer can handle at the moment. I am working towards a better system so that I can leave. And The company (Ruin-it) may be garbage, but they seem to think the same of thier community, so the feeling is mutual. The Game itself is interesting but the community is a bunch of toddlers who have a fit if they dont get the most cookies. Players can troll, feed, harrass, and sabotage thier team. But if you call someone who intentionally feeds a "feeder" Well then suddenly you are ruining -thier- gaming experience and YOU deserve to be banned. . Ruin-it doesnt care. They act like they just came off an all-nighter Binge watching "Barney and friends" and doesnt want anyone hurting the trolls feelings. Meanwhile if there is a problem? they try and throw skins or Esports at it to make it go away.

Again, I am only here till I can afford a better system. After 3 seasons, better games are coming out and Ruin-it is turning league into a sinking ship. Thankfully all the smart people are taking the lifeboats to better games (overwatch, paragon, smite, HoTS, etc)

Nope, Not at all. All they care about is "Throw money at us for Esports" Who cares if the community is NOTHING BUT PRESCHOOLERS/Toddlers. Seriously thats the only way I can think of this community. Because they will have a complete and total meltdown at the drop of the hat. Dont give them the role/champ they want? Tantrum Dont praise them for having the most kills after they run solo while the rest of the team dies? Tantrum Have MORE kills than THEM or dont follow -thier- idea of how the game should be played? Tantrum. Say anything outside of glowing praise? Tantrum and possible feed/afk.

Ruin-it (Riot) Doesnt give a fuck that thier playerbase is in a NOSEDIVE. They dont care that more and more of the -intelligent- players are leaving for Paragon, Smite, and Overwatch. Because every match feels like babysitting a toddler who throws a fit if you dont give them another cookie and tell them how perfect they are.

Ruin-it thinks No one plays support because of items or experience? Nah, Its because No one is so self hating that they would play a role where the rest of the team gets to dogpile on you, treat you like garbage, ignore you if you get jumped so they can save themselves. Or if the match ends in a loss, Its a toss-up whether they will dump ALL responsibility for the loss on either SUPPORT or JUNGLE. (We would have won if not for Support/Jungle). People dont want to play support because they are not so masochistic that they want thier teams to insult, flame, degrade and blame the support for not being a KILL-FOCUSED role like the rest (You could go 0/X/36 and still be called a garbage support because....0 Kills!)

So No, RUIN-IT doesnt give a flying dog-turd about this community, all they care about is pushing thier Esports and Telling YOU what YOU want. They dont actually need to hear from you, nor do they want to.

I mained support, i also quit league for half a year after getting to gold, feeling litteraly no impact on the game unless i just played mage with support items or 1-2 tank supports at the top of the meta, getting blamed becouse top or mid dont know what warding trinkets are, being just a CC tool to die for your ADC who will jump into deaths maw anyway felt "amazing", acting like a babysitter and dealing with people whining and insulting me while i tried to convince them to start playing with team or calm down becouse supports cant solo carry games... Also getting NOTHING for being nicer then 99% of the community got me nothing , exept a blue crest of honor that litteraly does nothing since new players dont know what it is and those who know usually dont notice it...And i am also hepling them anyway.

I dont know, maybe i just got spoiled with DotA 2 where supports could wreck enemies and punish their mistakes by murdering them and could make plays outside of getting murdered for their adc.

Or maybe just being a walking ward/cc/health pack is just an outdated model for supports and avoiding toxic gameplay when playing against supports resulted in support gameplay being unfun for the player.

You can probably disregard my opinion since i havent played anything but bots and arams in league ever since i quit rankeds , perhaps you should try too, actually being appreciated feels nice.

Yeah I have been maining support sinse season 3. But lately in league its just NOT WORTH IT. I can make observations about the enemy, what they are building, etc. And any suggestions to counter it go IGNORED. Every single game I can make observation and it goes ignored. But my team is all too happy to jump down my throat for not being 15/0 like the rest of the team. Who cares how many times I saved a teammate, how many times I pulled thier ass out of the fire.

I have been told by my adc "You are support, You are not allowed kills/cs" "you are support, your job is to fight and die so your ADC can secure kills" and as soon as the match goes south it immediately becomes SUPPORT'S FAULT (or jungle, depending on the day). They dump all the blame on support so they can remove any responsibility from themselves and tell themselves they played a "perfect game" and they would have won if not for "the trash support"

I have been Blamed as support for not helping Jungle get a kill because I was too busy trying to keep my adc from suiciding a full health enemy adc/support 2v1 after already losing most of my health pulling her out of the fight. She tries to go back in with 50HP remaining, then jungle jumps down my throat because I wasnt there to heal him or something (again, trying to keep a last hit adc from going 2v1 Kamekazi)

and Yeah, being appreciated would feel nice, too bad the entire league community is too immature and full of themselves to do that, too drunk on thier "meta" and "Know your role" to give a shit about support.

You can litterally set up a penta, and whoever get the penta will get the praise. But if you die in the process, you will instantly be reported for intentional feeding "OMG our support so trash. please report for intentional feeding"

I guess I just stopped feeling anything after a while. I dont play matches, just try and endure them. Once I get a better computer, I will happily leave league for good, and I am hoping other intelligent players leave league for greener pastures as well (Overwatch, Paragon, Smite, HoTS, etc)

Yea, i feel you man, may i suggest a few things? 1 Play only bots, i just cant say enough about how much more fun it is to play vs AI's as support(or any off meta role/champ) then it is in pvp or rankeds, i litteraly stayed in league just for relaxing in bots. 2 If you are planing on leaving league for good i would probably either suggest DotA 2 (I think you might appreciate the user friendlyness and getting tons of cosmetic items basically for free every time a championship is going due to the Battle Pass/Compendium) and for wide variety of play modes + almost infinite supply of player made maps/modes. Or smite, since its most similar to league and i think its ingame currency handling is WAY superiour to league(You can rent any character you want and it costs less to rent them then what you get for playing them for the rent time,also you get 5 first win of the day bonuses, quests and daily log in bonus that will get you enough of real money currency to get a equivalent to 1820 skin in 6 weeks of logging in) Also hots brings the fast gameplay of league while being much shorter and less toxic.

Maybe its just me abusing myself. I hold out false hope that Ruin-it (Riot) will pull its head out of its ass and take a look around. But right now I think they are so blinded by Esports $$ they really couldnt give a shit that Thier game is sinking. Games take longer to find because people have to take a wider variety of roles...Why? Because the player base is SHRINKING. Its in free fall. In all honesty I wouldnt reccomend League to a STRAY DOG. The community has the maturity of a pre-schooler. Ever game I see people treating the match like "call of duty free for all" where its just about who can score the most kills. To me league is like chess, strategy, planning, taking objectives. To others the game is just about "Most kills bruh" (you can tell because any point you bring up will be dismissed because.....KDA)

So again, a part of me foolishly wants to hope the game will change course, but at this point, Nah. This ship is sinking. I am just here trying to send people on lifeboats to OTHER games. Paragon, overwatch, HoTS, Smite. Lawbreakers. etc. Anything but league. League is bleeding out, but too busy throwing skins and esports $$ at the wound to hope it will go away.

Well, just play coop vs bots, you still stay in the game in case Riot suddenly decides to start thinking about the idea that once there is no people playing Esports will die. There are no actual rewards for playing rankeds or pvp, an ugly skin and profile border are not worth it, you get no reward for enduring the toxic community and you also get nothing for being sportsmanslike, play bots, its simply the best experience league can currently offer. Also maybe the community would be less toxic if the game offered ANYTHING for being honored like EVERY OTHER MOBA DOES.

Yeah I have played smite, I mean thier "goodwill" initiative gives bonus Favor (IP) for being a good sport, I think its like 10% bonus favor. I would be playing that but with my current system, smite causes it to overheat and slow to a crawl (Not good when in heavy teamfights) I have been here sinse season 3. Observations I make go ignored, Flamed for not going 28/0 in the first 5 min of the match Got told I was a troll for having "free thought" (yeah apparently me being an independent thinker makes me a troll that needs to be banned, told by master yi) Those honor badges? I pretty much forgot about those. I guess I spend more time reporting trolls, greifers, and preschoolers than honoring -real- teammates. They may as well just remove the honor initiative..and while they are at it...Burn the BAD JOKE that is "The Summoners Code" (No one follows it anyways, its laughed off and dismissed by the league community)

Isnt it up to 200% favor and folowers? And yea, the honor initiative is worthless since there are no rewards, i would gladly trade both the crests of honor i had for some rp or ip, the summoners code states that a player would not be punished for breaking the meta yet countless cases prove thats not the case. And you know what pains me the most? I teach newbies how to play, i often add them to help them after the game...It really hurts to tell them just how abusive the game is, both the community and the game itself, i cant tell them that they can buy champions they enjoy becouse they will get harrased if they bring them to pvp, i cant tell them to ask advice from anyone else if they dont understand something becouse they will and have been flamed for that, i cant tell them why its ok for other people to abuse them but they cant respond and have to endure, i also dont know what to say to them when they decide to play another game instead of league exept list the benefits the game has over league. Also both of my posts on the subject of the honor initiative got less attention then any "Fuck rito" post, so i guess i should have cursed more in the title&contents?

It's the amount of bulls hit that you need to deal with in every single game that makes players want to have a meltdown at a drop of a hat. Seriously this game has so many things wrong with it every single match it's something elts. Remember rapid fire? Remember role select? It seems like if we're not completely miserable playing then they will find a way to fuck shit up more.

Because it doesnt matter if they players Say what they want, what would be best for the community, or what is needed. The community doesnt know what they want Ruin-it (Riot) knows what the community wants. They will tell you what you want. You want more skins, you want more leeway for trolls. You want tribunal to be removed. You want more champions. You want easier ways to get the most kills at the cost of your team. You dont want better maps, you dont want easier ways to deal with trolls...etc

Again, Ruin-it knows what you want, the community DOESNT. In the meantime, The INTELLIGENT players leave league in droves like a sinking ship, while preschoolers continue to have thier temper tantrum when they dont get the -exact- role they wanted and the -exact- champ they wanted. or heaven forbid someone has MORE KILLS THAN THEM.

I dont actually enjoy the games. I am just enduring it untill I can get a better computer that can handle overwatch, Paragon, Smite, Lawbreakers looks good too.

Yeah as far as I get, Ruin-it will no longer be doing the big events because of the cost. They are so focused on pushing the Esports angle that they dont like anything or anyone that highlights the flaws of the game or community (cuz it could potentially take away dem Esports $$) But yeah While they are trying to pretend everything is all awesome and rosey, the more intelligent players are jumping ship (and I am happy to send them off in lifeboats in the direction of better games like Smite, Overwatch, etc) Maybe once they cant afford to throw skins to distract from a problem, they will actually adress it. in the meantime thier player base continues to shrink, (I wouldnt reccomend thier game to a stray dog) and maybe they will eventually wake up and take a genuine look at how thier community acts.

Imagine the revelations if they actually did a sort of "undercover boss" thing. Rioter going undercover as a regular ranked player. Because once players see the Riot before the username, they know to be on thier best behavior. You would never see a troll be that way in a match with an actual riot employee on thier team. Imagine if they could climb off thier high white fist and see what the games are like at the bronze level.
