Riot support is unreliable

I got banned for 2 weeks, because of toxicity. Nothing special, nothing new.

Problem is, I've had a completely clean record ever since I started playing this game for, say, 4 or 5 years Generally, what happens when you get punished after something like this is that you get a chat restrict for toxicity, yes? What happened to me was that, they completely skipped it and gave me a 2 week ban, furthermore, my chat logs definitely did not show me as being "excessively" toxic, that or riot support themselves do not play this game enough. So I file a ticket to them, and try my best to skirt around the issue, (I'm trying to ask if they have any guidelines when punishing people) i get a response, and its very lackluster. It went something along the lines of, "you were toxic, and banned, btw we can't remove the suspension on your account kthxbai" So I asked again, reminding them that idgaf about my 2 week ban, "I understand, but how exactly is this excessively toxic and why didn't i get a chat restrict at all?" they throw more bullshit and remind me that they can't remove my ban, AGAIN. and this just repeats until another riot support member comes in and all the bloody help this one gives is "I agree with _____'s assessment, this was a case of excessive toxicity" and then he/she doesn't forget to add the "We can't remove your suspension on your account" I DONT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT MY SUSPENSION FFS

tlder: make sure not to curse too much in chat as that'll let them pinpoint you when you're toxic, if you don't use curse words that the system picks up, it'll take forever for them to actually judge your case and you won't be considered toxic I went a good 4 to 5 years playing the game like this and had no punishment until i started using a ton of cuss words Riot support is useless and full of lazy pricks -.-
